Overview

This policy describes how Mooqwa LLC handles refund requests and billing disputes relating to its software applications, software purchases, consulting services, and branded print-on-demand goods. Purchase-specific terms shown at checkout or in a written service agreement may also apply. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

Software subscriptions

Subscriptions normally renew according to the billing period and price disclosed before purchase. Customers can cancel future renewals as explained in our Subscriptions & Cancellations policy. Charges for a billing period already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where Mooqwa agrees to a refund after reviewing the circumstances.

One-time software purchases

Because digital software can be accessed or delivered promptly, completed software purchases are generally not refundable after the product has been delivered or activated, except where the product is defective, materially different from its description, or applicable law provides a right to a remedy. Please contact support with the purchase reference and a description of the problem.

Consulting services

Refunds for consulting engagements are governed by the individual proposal, contract, or written scope agreed before services commence. If a service has not been performed as agreed, contact us to review the issue and available remedies.

Print-on-demand goods

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied physical items, notify us within 30 days of delivery where reasonably possible, with an order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy, subject to applicable law. Made-to-order items are generally not returnable for a change of mind or an incorrect size chosen by the customer, except where required by law. See Returns & Shipping for the process.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact Mooqwa LLC through the support form or by the listed support phone number.
  2. Provide your name, order or invoice reference, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
  3. For physical goods, include photographs of defects or incorrect items if applicable.
  4. We will assess the request against the relevant product terms and applicable consumer law and explain the next steps.

If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Payment disputes and unrecognized charges

If you do not recognize a charge labeled MOOQWA LLC, please contact our customer support with the charge date and amount (but never share full card details). We can help identify the purchase or subscription and review the issue.

You may also raise a dispute with your bank or payment provider in accordance with their rules. Contacting Mooqwa first is encouraged because it may allow a faster resolution, but is not a condition that removes your legal dispute rights.
