Software subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring software subscription from Mooqwa LLC, the billing interval and price are disclosed before you confirm the purchase. Unless otherwise stated for the specific product, a subscription renews automatically until canceled.
To cancel a subscription, use the cancellation option in the relevant product account or billing portal if one is available. You may also request cancellation through the Mooqwa customer support page, providing the subscription account email and available invoice or transaction reference. Do not send full payment card numbers.
Cancellation stops future renewals once processed. Unless the plan-specific terms say otherwise, you retain access through the end of the period already paid for. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in the applicable product terms. Request cancellation before the renewal date to avoid another charge.
One-time software purchases
A completed one-time software purchase does not normally have recurring charges to cancel. Refund and access issues are addressed under our Refunds & Disputes policy.
Consulting services
Cancellation or rescheduling of consulting services is subject to the written proposal or service agreement accepted before the engagement. Please contact us as soon as your plans change.
Print-on-demand purchases
Because physical goods are manufactured for each order, a cancellation request may not be possible once the order has entered production. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible and what refund, if any, is due under the order terms and applicable law.
Free trials and promotional plans
If a specific software product offers a free trial, introductory price, or other promotional subscription, its duration, future billing amount, and cancellation deadline must be disclosed in that product’s offer terms before you enroll. No general free-trial offer is made on this corporate website.
